随着经济和社会的发展,各单位档案部门的工作量剧增,专职人员明显偏少,工作任务重、压力大已是不争的事实。因此,要保证现有档案日常管理工作的有效正常运转,仅靠为数不多的专职档案干部,则日趋显得捉襟见肘,力不从心。有鉴于此,深入挖掘各部门兼职档案人员这部分资源的潜力。充分调动他们的积极性,让专兼干部良性互动,形成一个结构合理、目标统一的档案管理工作网络体系,这样才能使档案管理更加科学、规范、有效。
With the economic and social development, the workload of the archives departments of all the units has increased sharply, the number of full-time staff has been apparently underweight, the tasks and tasks under heavy pressure have become an indisputable fact. Therefore, to ensure the effective and normal operation of the daily management of the existing archives, relying on only a few cadres of specialized archives will become more and more stretched. In view of this, we should dig deeper into the potential of this part of the resources of part-time archivists in various departments. Fully mobilize their enthusiasm and allow the special cadres to engage in benign interactions and form a network structure of archives management work with reasonable structure and uniform goals so as to make archives management more scientific, standardized and effective.
