为了解决板条激光器输出激光光束质量不高的问题,建立了激光在板条激光模块中沿“之”字形光路传输时的热致波前畸变模型。对热致波前畸变的分布特点进行了研究,并提出了一种减小热致波前畸变的方法。数值仿真结果表明,通过合理的光路设计,优化激光以同一角度两次进入板条介质时的位置偏移量,可以达到减小板条厚度方向上热致波前畸变的目的。
In order to solve the problem that laser beam output from slab lasers is not of high quality, a thermal induced wavefront distortion model was established when the laser was transmitted along the “” shaped optical path in slab laser module. The distribution characteristics of thermal induced wavefront distortion are studied, and a method to reduce the distortion before thermal wavefront is proposed. The numerical simulation results show that the objective of reducing the thermal induced wavefront distortion in the strip thickness direction can be achieved by optimizing the optical path design and optimizing the position offset of the laser entering the slab media twice at the same angle.
