主要研究了采煤机的截割部行星组件,利用仿真软件对摇臂系统进行了动力学仿真,得到了行星组件所承受的载荷,对其进行有限元分析和寿命分析,获得了行星组件受到的应力分布特性、变形情况、疲劳寿命等信息。根据行星组件现有特性进行分析和优化,对优化后的模型进行了仿真研究,证明该设计对采煤机行星组件的性能有明显提升,符合设计要求。

According to the analysis and optimization of the existing characteristics of the planetary components, the optimized model is simulated and the results show that the design improves the performance of the shearer planetary components and meets the design requirements.
