以现有围护结构热阻现场测试方法为基础,提出一种新型热阻现场测试方法。根据现场测试试验探究新型测试方法中加热面积的选取与测得围护结构热阻的关系,运用数值模拟软件进一步分析对比现场测试试验并验证模型的可行性。探究围护结构厚度与加热面积的关系以及墙体不同材料不同导热系数等因素对新型测试方法准确性的影响。按照算术平均法来分析处理数据得到不同加热面积下围护结构测试热阻并根据现场测试过程中遇到的问题以及数值模拟情况提出新型测试方法相关的影响因素和需要注意的问题,为便携式墙体热阻检测系统设备开发提供试验以及理论支撑。
Based on the field test method of thermal resistance of existing envelope structure, a new field test method of thermal resistance is proposed. According to the field test, the relationship between the heating area selection and the thermal resistance of the enclosure was investigated. The numerical simulation software was used to further analyze and compare the feasibility of the field test. Exploring the relationship between the thickness of the enclosure and the heating area and the influence of different thermal conductivity of different materials on the accuracy of the new test method. According to the arithmetic average method to analyze and process the data to get the thermal resistance of the envelope under different heating area, and according to the problems encountered in the field test and the numerical simulation, it puts forward the influencing factors and problems that need to pay attention to.
