各省、自治区、直辖市财政厅(局)、税务局,各计划单列市财政局、税务局: 近接中国人民保险公司保函[1994]20号文,要求对该公司办理的出口信用保险业务继续给予免税照顾。 为支持我国机电产品出口,中国人民保险公司受国家委托办理出口信用保险业务。目前,中国人民保险公司开办的出口信用保险,具体业务分为短期出口信用保险和中长期出口信用保险。短期出口信用保险是对出口货物的收汇风险提供的保险;中长期出口信用保险是以出口货物为龙头,带动我国劳务、技术等出口的信用保险。
