本文研究阿片样物质在调节Holstein小公牛LH分泌中的作用,欲了解在青春期前纳洛酮(NAL)对LH分泌有无影响。公牛(bull)的青春期发生于39~41周龄。Amann将公牛青春期前的性发育期分为两个阶段:从出生到10周定为幼稚期。此期特点是LH的发放较稀疏,血睾酮较低。从幼稚期过渡至青春期前期的标志是LH脉冲频率及振幅均明显增加。在青春期前期(20~24周龄)血浆睾酮浓度已能抑制LH脉冲发生器。本实验用Holstein小公牛。实验前一日插入颈静脉导管用来采集血样。血样离心冰冻,用RIA法测定LH。
This article investigates the role of opioids in the regulation of LH secretion in Holstein young bulls in order to understand whether naloxone (NAL) has an effect on LH secretion before puberty. Adolescence of a bull occurs between 39 and 41 weeks of age. Amann divides the pre-puberty sexual development of the bull into two stages: from birth to 10 weeks as a naive stage. This period is characterized by the sparse release of LH, lower blood testosterone. The transition from childhood to pre-puberty marked increase in LH pulse frequency and amplitude. In pre-puberty (20-24 weeks of age) plasma testosterone concentrations have been able to inhibit the LH pulsar. In this experiment, Holstein bull. One day before the experiment, a jugular catheter was inserted to collect blood samples. Blood samples were centrifuged, and the LH was measured by RIA.
