为了探讨肌腱不同程度损伤对愈合过程中胶原纤维的形态学影响,选40只雌性Wistar大鼠分为A组和B组,A组为足背伸肌腱完全切断,B组为足背伸肌腱部分切断。术后15,30,60及90天取材,对胶原纤维进行形态学分析。结果表明,术后15及30天两组间胶原纤维直径无明显差异(P>0.05),术后60及90天两组间胶原纤维直径及分布均有显著差异(P<0.05)。认为,大鼠伸肌腱损伤程度对肌腱晚期愈合过程中胶原纤维的形态有明显影响
In order to investigate the morphological effects of different degrees of tendon injury on collagen fibers during healing, 40 female Wistar rats were divided into group A and group B.
