The 15th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party and the entire Chinese people have been vying for the end of the victory. Since the reform and opening up, every meeting of the Party’s representative assembly has been a mobilization order and a symbol of ideological emancipation. It is even more an opportunity to deepen the reform. Therefore, the 15th National Party Congress has become the hope of all members of the Party, the Chinese people at home and abroad, and those concerned with the cause of China’s reform and opening up. Finally, our hope has not failed.
