目的：探讨CT导向下125Ⅰ粒子组织间植入治疗难治性直肠癌盆腔复发的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月至2012年3月我院收治的14例直肠癌盆腔复发患者，回顾性分析CT导向下125Ⅰ粒子组织间植入治疗的临床疗效。结果患者术后2个月肿瘤缓解率为92.9%，术后6个月肿瘤缓解率为85.7%；治疗后生存率为100.0%，且术后6个月内均得到随访。结论在临床治疗难治性直肠癌盆腔复发疾病，采用CT导向下125Ⅰ粒子组织间植入方法效果较好，且延长患者有效的生命周期。“,”Objective To investigate the clinical efect of treatment of125 I guided CT seed interstitial implantation for refractory pelvic recurrence of rectal cancer.Methods In 14 cases of rectal cancer patients with pelvic recurrence from 2010 January to 2012 March in our hospital,retrospective analysis of the clinical eficacy of implantation in the treatment of CT guided125I seeds interstitial.Results Patients 2 months after surgery the tumor response rate was 92.9%,6 months after operation,tumor remission rate was 85.7%;after treatment,survival rate of 100.0% and were folowed up 6 months after operation.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of refractory colorectal pelvic recurrence of disease using CT oriented,good efect method of implantation under125 I interstitial,and prolong the patients efective life cycle.
