以软模拟材料为基础的物理过程模拟已成功地用于摆辗模拟。根据Z.Marciniak教授的思想,研制了一台用于摆辗的多用途实验用样机。多色蜡试样已用于确定用不同运动上模简单镦粗时的流动型式。其结果与普通锻造进行了比较。测量了4种独立运动型式中下模与试样交界面上的法向应力。说明了摆辗和普通锻造成形的环形试样的比较结果和蘑菇现象。
Physical process simulations based on soft simulation materials have been successfully used for swing simulation. According to the idea of Professor Z.Marciniak, developed a multi-purpose prototype for rotary test. Multicolored wax samples have been used to determine the flow pattern when upsetting with different sports upper dies. The result is compared with normal forging. The normal stresses on the interface between the lower die and the sample were measured for four kinds of independent motion patterns. The results of the comparison between the ring-shaped sample of the swinging and ordinary forging and the mushroom phenomenon are described.
