天津石化公司党委在提高全体干部“三讲”教育认识的基础上,要求厂处级以上领导干部以高度的政治责任感,坚决按照中央的精神,在抓好四个环节,提高四个新水平上狠下功夫。 抓好四个环节是: 一是抓好“三讲”教育和“创新”意识大讨论这个环节。公司党委要求主要领导干部,以高度的政治责任感,实现全体职工、特别是厂处级以上领导干部的知识创新、思想创新、工作创新这个目标,进而推动公司的生产、建设、改革和发展工作。
