应用螺旋CT机对24例可疑膀胱疾病患者的膀胱行容积扫描,应用三维导航软件(Navigator Smooth)重建仿真内镜图像,利用Fly Through软件多角度观察膀胱。全部病例均行纤维膀胱镜检查。结果:24例中,诊断为膀胱肿瘤21例,乳头状瘤1例,肿瘤直径为0.8~6 cm;前列腺增生2例。认为CT仿真膀胱镜是一种比较可靠的检测膀胱病变的非侵入性检查手段,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Spiral CT was used to scan bladder volume of 24 patients with suspected bladder disease. Navigator Smooth software was used to reconstruct the endoscopic images and the Fly Through software was used to observe the bladder. All cases underwent cystoscopy. Results: Twenty - four cases were diagnosed as bladder tumor in 21 cases, papillomatosis in 1 case, tumor diameter 0.8 ~ 6 cm and benign prostatic hyperplasia in 2 cases. CT cystoscopy is a more reliable non-invasive detection of bladder disease detection means that has good clinical value.
