对于企业来说,绩效考核是保证企业按照正常的轨道运行的关键,同时,它也是一双看不见的手,在无形中维护着企业的秩序。一旦企业的绩效考核缺乏有效的方法、失去了传统的内涵,就会造成企业奖惩不明,员工的负面工作态度和心思就会潜滋暗长,正常的秩序也逐渐会被打破,造成企业运营的紊乱,长期下去,足以摧毁一家企业。笔者旨在对当前我国绩效考核存在的问题进行简单的分析,并以某央企下属特种飞机系统公司为例,分析如何提高企业的绩效考核水平,维护企业的长久生命力。
