“党员活动日”制度实施以来，保定市委着眼新形势下基层党组织和党员队伍特点，从党建工作需要和本地实际出发，以“五抓”为主要举措，科学设计活动载体，细化完善制度体系，深入推进工作落实，有力促进了基层党建工作开展，为基层党组织和党员队伍建设注入了新活力，取得了明显实效。
