大连九州饭店,是由香港科辅国际有限公司和大连饮食服务公司合资兴建的国际四星级宾馆,建筑面积43850m~2,共24层,总高90.1米,总造价2700万美元,是目前大连市楼层最高、规模最大的中外合资酒店,定额工期四年半,合同工期两年。九州饭店由航天部第七设计院和香港罗麦庄马公司设计,香港金门建筑管理公司、日本奥迪迪公司和香港恒威公司作为业主聘用的顾问工程师单位,负责工程技术咨询指导与工程监理。该工程的土建、安装、装饰分别由中建八局总包管理,四公司、安装公司、装饰公司施工。88年12月完工,12月9日先于合同期开始试营业,工程质量经分部分项检查,达到优良。
Dalian Jiuzhou Hotel is an international four-star hotel jointly built by Hong Kong Kefu International Co., Ltd. and Dalian Catering Services Co., Ltd., with a building area of 43850m~2, a total of 24 floors, a total height of 90.1 meters, and a total construction cost of 27 million US dollars. It is currently Dalian. The highest-level and largest-scale Sino-foreign joint venture hotel in the city has a fixed period of four and a half years and a contract period of two years. The Kyushu Hotel was designed by the Seventh Design Institute of the Ministry of Space and the Hongmai Mazhuang Company in Hong Kong. Hong Kong Golden Gate Construction Management Company, Japan Oddi Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Hengwei Co., Ltd. are the consultant engineers employed by the owners and are responsible for engineering technical consulting guidance and engineering supervision. The civil works, installation and decoration of the project are managed by the general contractor of the China Construction Eighth Bureau, the four companies, the installation company, and the decoration company. It was completed in December of the year 88, and the trial operation started before the contract period on December 9. The quality of the project was checked by sub-items and was excellent.
