枢丹又名恩丹西酮（ondansetron），是一种国产的新型止吐药，为一高度特异的5-羟色胺3（5－HT3）受体拮抗剂。笔者总结了1996年9月～1998年7月用枢丹针每日8mg对急性白血病化疗时胃肠道反应的预防作用，效果较满意，总结如下。1临床资料1．1病例选择及化疗方案：枢丹组共42例
Zhudan, also known as ondansetron, is a domestically-made novel antiemetic drug and is a highly specific serotonin 3 (5-HT3) receptor antagonist. The author summarizes the prevention of gastrointestinal reactions during the chemotherapy of acute leukemia with the use of 8 mg per day from September 1996 to July 1998.
