为提高护士业务能力水平和综合素质,更好的为患者服务,护理部严格按照医院要求,制定详细学习计划,从提升自身业务素质入手,加强业务理论、法纪法规及职业道德等知识学习。医院每月组织护理知识讲座,科室每周组织护士进行科内专业知识学习。护理部定期对护士学习情况进行检查,督促科室认真抓好学习任务的落实,有效的提高了医院整体护理水平。
In order to improve the professional ability and overall quality of nurses and to better serve their patients, the Nursing Department formulated a detailed study plan in strict accordance with hospital requirements and started to enhance its own business quality to enhance knowledge learning such as business theory, laws and regulations, and professional ethics. The hospital organizes nursing knowledge lectures every month, and the department organizes nurses weekly to learn the professional knowledge within the department. The nursing department conducts regular inspections of the nurses’ learning situation, supervises the departments to conscientiously implement the learning tasks and effectively improves the overall nursing level of the hospital.
