在国内工具行业中,各种规格的键槽铣刀和立铣刀的螺旋沟槽普遍采用铣削方式进行加工。由于机床传动链误差及工人操作误差等原因,致使相邻沟槽的深度、导程及圆周等分等参数的精度较低;同一沟槽需顺铣、逆铣多次走刀,而进给速度又不便变化,获得的沟槽表面粗糙度大;同时,工人需时刻操纵升降台的垂向运动以控制切削,劳动强度很大。上述情况直接影响了立铣刀的加工质量、切削性能及劳动生产率。我们对南通机床厂生产的XQ6135万能卧式升降台铣床成功地进行了数控改造,并保留原机床的功能。经生产使用与试验表明:该机床主要技术指标达到设计要求,沟槽精度明显提高,表面粗糙度减少1~2级,工人劳动强度大大减小。机床操作方便,功能齐全,性能稳定。

We have succeeded in CNC transformation of the XQ6135 universal horizontal table milling machine produced by Nantong Machine Tool Factory and retained the functions of the original machine tool. The production use and test show that: The main technical indicators of the machine meet the design requirements, the groove accuracy was significantly improved, the surface roughness reduced by 1 to 2, the labor intensity of workers greatly reduced. Machine easy to operate, full-featured, stable performance.
