为配合国家统一推行的电子信息产品污染控制自愿性认证制度的实施,国家认监委会同工业和信息化部依照相关法律法规,本着“提高工作效率、合理优化成本、确保结果有效、控制认证风险”的原则,组织编制完成了《国家统一推行的电子信息产品污染控制自愿性认证实施规则》,并从2011年11月1日起实施。现将该规则的部分内容刊登如下,供读者参阅。
