目的探究2型糖尿病高危人群实施饮食干预后生物学与血生化指标变化情况。方法初筛2型糖尿病高危患者462例作为研究对象,遵循患者意愿加入两组,一组是实施饮食干预的观察组(217例),另一组是不实施饮食干预的对照组(245例),干预3个月分别对两组患者生物学指标与血生化指标进行检测。结果观察组干预后体质量、体重指数、腰围等生物学指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后观察组除高密度脂蛋白指标高于对照组外,空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油等均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病高危患者接受饮食干预有助于促进生物学指标与血生化指标改善,提高患者生活质量,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To explore the changes of biological and blood biochemical indexes after diet intervention in high-risk population of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 462 high risk patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled in this study. Two groups were enrolled in accordance with patients’ wishes. One group was observed with diet intervention (217 cases) and the other with no diet intervention (245 cases) Three months after intervention, the biological indexes and blood biochemical indexes of two groups were tested respectively. Results The body weight, body mass index and waist circumference of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after intervention (P <0.05). After the intervention, the indexes of HDL were higher in the observation group than those in the control group. The fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, Triglyceride, etc. were lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion High-risk patients with diabetes mellitus interventions can help to improve the biological indicators and blood biochemical indicators to improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth clinical application and promotion.
