首次应用单扩溶血试验(SRH)检测包虫病人抗体,试验最适条件为:使用纯化人包虫抗原20μg/ml浓度致敏红细胞60分钟,加1:5补体,放37℃温育8小时,溶血圈直径≥5mm判定为阳性。各种来源血清标本试验结果:26例经手术及临床证实的包虫病人中抗体检出率达84.62%,各种其他病人,正常人合计假阳性率为8.11%。阳性包虫病人中,不同寄生部位在敏感性上没有显著差异。试验表明,SRH操作简便,具有较高的敏感性和特异性等优点。SRH能否作为包虫手术后判定预后的一个手段是值得进一步研究的。

Experiments show that, SRH is easy to operate, with high sensitivity and specificity. Whether SRH can be used as a tool to determine the prognosis of hydatid disease is worth further study.
