Hydro牌30吨汽车吊第三级悬臂的腹板上出现裂纹,它从上翼板附近开始,向左下方延伸而中止于下翼板的角焊缝中(图1)。根据钻屑的化学分析结果表明,母材相当于HNMBCu水淬调质钢,其最低屈服强度为700牛顿/毫米~2。因为裂纹在下部出现了分支,涉及裂纹坡口加工量较大,不宜采用沿裂纹开坡口的焊修工艺,故决定采用机械加工方法,在裂纹部位切去一块尺寸为400×400毫米的腹板(图2)。
Hydro Cracks occur on the webs of the third-stage cantilever cranes, starting from near the upper wing and extending to the lower left and ending in the fillet welds of the lower wing (Figure 1). According to the chemical analysis of cuttings, the base metal is equivalent to HNMBCu quenched and tempered steel with a minimum yield strength of 700 N / mm 2.
