一、基本趋势随着运输、动力及机械制造业各部门的发展,对用于锻造涡轮机叶片及叶轮、曲轴、汽车前梁、大型法兰盘、齿轮及其它零件的大型锻压设备的需求日益增长。近十五年来建造的大型螺旋压力机的公称压力已从1000—1600吨增长到6300—7250吨,目前在生产中已出现了公称压力达8000—12500吨的螺旋压力机,而且正在设计更大的吨位(表6·1)。为了制造大型锻件,在螺旋压力机上装备了能量控制系统、打击力显示装置、程序控制装置、操作机及机器人。在模锻需要使用操作机的大型锻件时,螺旋压力机的生产效率完全适合于大批和大量生产。
I. Basic Trend With the development of various sectors of transportation, power and machinery manufacturing, there is an increasing demand for large-scale forging equipment for forging turbine blades and impellers, crankshafts, car front beams, large flanges, gears and other parts . The nominal pressure of a large screw press built in the last fifteen years has increased from 1,000 to 1,600 tons to 6,300 to 7,250 tons. At present, screw presses with a nominal pressure of 8,000-12,500 tons have appeared in production and are being designed to be larger Tonnage (Table 6.1). In order to manufacture large forgings, the screw press is equipped with an energy control system, a striking force display device, a program control device, a manipulator and a robot.
