采用家兔红细胞和血小板 ,以薄层色谱扫描法和显微 (细胞 )电泳法观察何首乌醇提取物 (PmTe)对红细胞膜磷脂成分及血小板、红细胞电泳率 (EPM)的影响。结果 :与对照组比较 ,实验组红细胞膜磷脂成分中磷脂酰胆碱 (PC)显著增多 ,而鞘磷脂类 (SM)、磷脂酰乙醇胺 (PE)都程度不等减少 ,特别是磷脂酰丝氨酸 (PS)含量及SM/PC和PS/PC比值显著减小 ;血小板及红细胞的EPM显著高于对照组。提示PmTe对维持细胞膜的稳态有重要作用
Using rabbit erythrocytes and platelets, thin-layer chromatography and microscopy (cell) electrophoresis were used to observe the effect of Polygonum multiflorum extract (PmTe) on erythrocyte membrane phospholipid composition and platelet and red blood cell electrophoresis (EPM). RESULTS: Compared with the control group, phosphatidylcholine (PC) in the erythrocyte membrane phospholipid composition was significantly increased in the experimental group, while sphingomyelin (SM) and phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) levels were unequally decreased, especially phosphatidylserine ( PS content and SM/PC and PS/PC ratios were significantly reduced; EPM of platelets and red blood cells was significantly higher than that of the control group. It is suggested that PmTe plays an important role in maintaining the homeostasis of cell membrane
