八月,秋高气爽,丹桂飘香。我接受采访一个酿酒人的历史。一辆顶级“别克君威”将我接上高速公路,直抵福建南湖酒业有限公司。这是目前采用我国民间传统工艺酿制黄酒的首家外商投资企业。该公司坐落于104国道和高速公路交汇地段,也就是连江县江南乡覆釜山脚,南湖左襟,丽山丽水,阴阳合璧,无疑是块风水宝地。
