In this paper,the effects of Raman self-pumping and fiber loss on the transmis-sion of fundamental dark soliton and small-amplitude one are discussed with the perturbationmethod of energy-momentum and inverse scatter theory.It is demonstrated that the amplitudeof fundamental dark soliton will decay exponentially,while that of small amplitude dark soli-ton depends strongly on its propagation direction.
