工作主管部门、主管领导,只对那些牌子响、效益好的少数富裕企业感兴趣,与它们打得火热,经常下去总结它们的经验,经常在新闻媒体上宣扬它们的事迹。不管评什么先进,它们总是有份;不管是哪方面经验,它们都能拿得出。不少人说:“真是效益好了一好百好!” 而对那些亏损、困难的企业,则不感兴趣,很少过问,认为没有多大“油水”。 笔者认为,做思想政治工作不能“嫌贫爱富”。
The competent authorities and competent leaders are only interested in the few well-to-do, well-off wealthy wealthy companies, playing with them, often summing up their experience and often publicizing their deeds in the news media. No matter what advanced evaluation, they always have a copy; no matter what experience they can get. Many people say: “What a good deal!” For those businesses that are losing money or having difficulty, they are not interested in it. They seldom talk to them and think there is not much “oil and water”. I believe that doing ideological and political work can not “too poor love rich.”
