融资工作对于企业的运营和管理都十分重要,可以让企业拥有更多的运营资金,实现更好的发展。随着经济的不断发展,在企业中应用的融资方法和手段不断丰富和创新,保证企业能够更加有效地谋求新的发展。融资手段的不断升级,表外融资逐渐进入企业的视野并应用在企业当中,发展成为一种新颖有效的融资方法,为企业的融资工作提供了新的思路和方法,缓解了企业在运营中的资金压力。但是由于表外融资工作在企业中的应用时间不长,实施制度、财务披露工作和相关的监督审计工作都不够完善,所以在应用中还存在很多隐患。企业需要加强对表外融资工作的重视,采取优化表外融资应用的措施,确保表外融资能够更加合理有效地推动企业长远发展。
Financing work for the operation and management of enterprises are very important, allowing enterprises to have more working capital, to achieve better development. With the continuous upgrading of financing means, off-balance-sheet financing gradually entered the field of enterprise and applied to enterprises and developed into a new and effective financing method, which provided new ideas and methods for the financing of enterprises and alleviated the problems of enterprises in operation financial pressure. However, as the application of off-balance-sheet financing in enterprises has taken a short time, there are still many hidden dangers in the application due to the imperfect implementation of the system, financial disclosure and related supervision and auditing work. Enterprises need to strengthen their focus on off-balance-sheet financing and adopt measures to optimize the application of off-balance-sheet financing so as to ensure that off-balance-sheet financing can promote the long-term development of enterprises in a more reasonable and effective manner.
