合成基钻井液是以人工合成或改性的有机物为连续相,盐水为分散相,并由乳化剂、流型调节剂等组成,是一种非水溶性合成油基钻井液,具有油基钻井液的作业性能。1990年代初合成基钻井液作为油基钻井液的替代产品,被研制出来,经过了近20年的研究与应用,目前已经发展到了第二代合成基钻井液。本文概述了合成基钻井液的组成以及特点,并结合国内外的研究现状对合成基钻井液的优势缺点以及未来的发展前景进行了分析预测,为油田工作者学习了解钻井液提供了理论指导。
Synthetic base drilling fluid is synthesized or modified organic phase as the continuous phase, brine as the dispersed phase, and by the emulsifier, flow regulator and other components, is a water-insoluble synthetic oil-based drilling fluid, with oil-based drilling Liquid performance. After nearly 20 years of research and application, the second generation of synthetic-based drilling fluid has been developed. In this paper, the composition and characteristics of synthetic drilling fluids are summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of synthetic drilling fluids and future development prospects are analyzed and predicted based on the research status at home and abroad, which provides theoretical guidance for oilfield workers to learn about drilling fluids.
