介绍一种新型岩爆模拟专用气液复合快速补偿加载器的设计原理和技术特征。该加载器采用独特的4腔室气液联合设计,利用蓄能腔压缩气体绝热膨胀来快速补偿试样破坏时加载器的压力突降,使试样发生模拟岩爆。试验表明,加载器具有整体刚度高、操控性好、高速密封稳定可靠等特点,解决了回程腔背压消除,防止气体往液压缸泄露,高速导向密封关键问题,能够较好地实现单轴加载条件下试样不同烈度等级的岩爆过程模拟。另外,分析探讨加载器下一步应深入研究和解决的一些问题。
The design principles and technical features of a new type of rapid compensation loader for gas-liquid composite for rockburst simulation are introduced. The loader uses a unique 4-chamber gas-liquid joint design, which uses the adiabatic expansion of the compressed gas in the storage chamber to quickly compensate for the sudden drop of pressure in the loader when the sample is destroyed, so as to simulate the rockburst. The test shows that the loader has the characteristics of high overall rigidity, good handling, stable and reliable high-speed sealing, and solves the key problems of back pressure elimination in the back cavity, preventing leakage of gas to the hydraulic cylinder and high speed guide sealing, and can well realize uniaxial loading Rock Burst Simulation of Different Intensity Grades of Test Specimens. In addition, analysis of the loader should be further study and solve some of the problems.
