传统的砖混结构住宅楼都是将建筑物的上部结构与基础牢固地连在一起。在地震区又按抗震规范要求设置圈梁和构造柱,用以增强建筑物的整体刚度,提高抵御地震力的能力,这是一种硬抗的办法。我们在唐山市张北小区引进了中房集团西安公司经国家建设部鉴定的滑移减震新技术,新建了一栋条式砖混滑移减震住宅试验楼。该试验楼突破了传统的抗震观念,将建筑物上部结构与基础完全脱开,在其间设置滑移层。这种结构形式可通过滑移层的作用将地震水平作用力转化吸收,达到减震消能的目的,使上部结构感受到的地震力大大减少。 这栋试验楼主体为地上7层,地下1层,共6
Traditional brick-concrete residential buildings firmly connect the superstructure and foundation of the building. In the earthquake area, ring beams and structural columns are also installed according to the requirements of seismic codes to enhance the overall rigidity of the building and improve the ability to resist seismic forces. This is a hard-improvement method. We introduced the sliding vibration damping technology approved by the Ministry of Construction in the Zhangbei Community of Tangshan City, which was identified by the Ministry of Construction of Xi’an Group, and built a new brick-slip-slip house. The test tower broke through the traditional concept of earthquake resistance, and completely removed the superstructure and foundation of the building, and provided a slip layer between them. This kind of structure can transform and absorb the earthquake horizontal force through the action of the slip layer, achieve the purpose of shock absorption and energy dissipation, and greatly reduce the seismic force felt by the superstructure. The main body of the pilot building is 7 floors above ground and 1 underground floor, for a total of 6
