锥螺纹钢筋接头是采用锥螺纹连接钢筋的新技术,它是一种能承受两种作用力的机械式钢筋接头。这种钢筋接头可连接 X10~X50的Ⅰ—Ⅳ级钢筋,具有很多优点:能连接各种钢筋;操作简单,施工方便;钢筋连接质量好,对中性好,安全可靠,连接全部过程均为机械加工;克服了绑扎钢筋造成的浇注混凝土困难,容易保证混凝土的浇注质量;适应性强,可竖向、斜向或水平连接钢筋;连接速度快,生产效率高,连接一个钢筋接头只需1分钟左右;节约大量钢材和能量,比50d 绑扎钢筋接头节约钢材5—8倍,其用电量只占10d 电弧焊接接头用电量的1/5,根除了有害气体对空气的污染,无爆炸着火隐患,保护了环境和人身健康。
