神经功能受损,如脑卒中、脑瘫等可以引起踝部痉挛/挛缩。治疗师的牵拉费力、费时,且依赖其主观“终末感觉”。智能牵伸可以安全牵伸踝关节至极限位置,并能定量控制阻力矩和拉伸速度。此外,它能够满足定量和客观测量功能损害和康复效果的需要。本文介绍了智能牵伸的由来和定义,原理与优缺点以及它在脑瘫和脑卒中患者踝部痉挛/挛缩中的应用。
Impaired nerve function, such as stroke, cerebral palsy, can cause ankle spasm / contracture. Therapists pull laborious, time-consuming, and rely on their subjective “end feeling ”. Smart drafting safely pulls the ankle to its extreme position and provides quantitative control of drag torque and stretch speed. In addition, it meets the needs of both quantitative and objective measurement of functional impairment and rehabilitation effects. This article describes the origins and definitions, principles, strengths and weaknesses of intelligent drafting and its application to ankle spasticity / contracture in patients with cerebral palsy and stroke.
