本文研究结果表明:静脉注射芪附注射液100mg/kg 有显著降低家兔各项血液流变学指标的作用,它与等毒性的丹参注射液700mg/kg(按小鼠 LD_(50)等比例减量)比较,在性质和强度上基本相似,芪附注射液25mg/kg 组给药前后比较,除红细胞压积外,其余各项指标则无显著差异。
The results of this study show that: intravenous injection of Radix Paeoniae Injection 100mg/kg significantly reduce the role of various hemorheological indexes in rabbits, and it is equivalent to the toxic Danshen Injection 700mg/kg (according to mouse LD_ (50) ratio The reductions and comparisons were basically similar in terms of nature and intensity. Compared with before and after administration of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Injection 25 mg/kg group, there was no significant difference in other indicators except hematocrit.
