针对王家岭煤矿2#煤层低透气性的特点,采用CO_2相变致裂技术进行煤层增透现场实验研究,现场测试得出爆破深度在27~30 m内,当爆破孔与控制孔间距1.5 m时,单孔CH_4抽采纯量和浓度分别提高至6倍和5倍,160 min后CH_4浓度衰减明显;当爆破孔与控制孔间距2.5 m时,单孔CH_4抽采纯量和浓度分别提高至4倍,120 min后CH_4浓度衰减明显。说明在30 m爆破范围内,对于王家岭煤矿低透气性煤层CO_2爆破短时间抽采效果明显。
In view of the low permeability of coal seam 2 in Wangjialing Coal Mine, CO 2 phase-change fracture technology was used to conduct the experiment of seepage enhancement of coal seam. Field tests showed that the blasting depth was within 27-30 m. When the distance between blasting hole and control hole was 1.5 m , The CH_4 extraction volume and concentration increased by 6 times and 5 times, respectively. After 160 minutes, the concentration of CH_4 decayed obviously. When the distance between blasting hole and control hole was 2.5 m, the purity and concentration of single hole CH_4 extraction increased To 4 times, after 120 min CH_4 concentration decay significantly. It indicates that within a 30 m blasting range, the effect of CO 2 blasting on low permeability coal seam in Wangjialing coal mine for a short time is obvious.
