以北方冬麦区大面积推广的15个小麦品种为试材,用不同方法测定了种子活力,分析了种子活力与小麦产量性状的相关性。结果表明:人工老化前后的活力的指数、简化活力指数、发芽指数、发芽势、幼芽长、幼芽鲜重和幼芽干重等活力指标各自的相关均达显著或极显著水平,这些活力指标都可用以表示种子质量的优劣;人工老化前后的发芽率的相关不显著,仅用发芽率不能表达种子的生命力强弱;电导率与千粒重呈显著负相关,与每穗粒数和穗粒重均呈极显著负相关,电导率的测定又具有简便、快速的特点,可望作为小麦育种新的选择指标。
Fifteen wheat cultivars widely popularized in winter wheat area of northern China were used as test materials, and seed vigor was measured by different methods. The correlation between seed vigor and yield traits was analyzed. The results showed that the correlations of vitality index, simplified vitality index, germination index, germination potential, shoot length, fresh shoot weight and young shoot dry weight were all significantly or extremely significant before and after artificial aging The indexes can be used to indicate the quality of the seeds; the correlation between the germination rate before and after artificial aging is not significant, the germination rate can not express the vitality of the seeds only; the conductivity is negatively correlated with the 1000-grain weight, Grain weight were significantly negative correlation, the determination of conductivity has a simple, fast features, is expected to be used as a new selection indicator of wheat breeding.
