我国煤炭企业通过兼并重组,以集团化的方式不断发展和壮大,本文借分析煤炭企业的主要法律问题来进行研究,希望能发现更对煤炭企业有影响的法律问题。
Through merger and reorganization, the coal enterprises in our country develop and grow in a collectivized manner. By analyzing the main legal issues of the coal enterprises, this paper attempts to find out more legal issues that have an impact on the coal enterprises.
