本文报导藏药紫堇总碱对细粒棘球蚴“内生囊”与“外生囊”微细结构的影响。扫描电镜观察表明对照组棘球蚴可发育为育囊,它的生长发育方式有三种:“内生囊”、“外生囊”及兼有内生与外生的混合型。紫堇总碱治疗组的棘球蚴生发膜外表面与内表面出现剥蚀、细胞脱落、形成许多陷窝,形如“溃疡”外观的细胞受损征象,未观察到有“内生囊”与“外生囊”形成,表明棘球蚴发育受阻。讨论了药物引起细胞损害、抑制棘球蚴发育的可能机理。
This article reports the effect of Tibetan medicine corydalis alkaloids on the microstructure of “endogenous sac” and “exogenous sac” of Echinococcus granulosus. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the control group of hydatid cysts can develop into a cyst, its growth and development in three ways: “endogenous sac”, “exogenous sac” and both endogenous and exogenous mixed. Corydalis alveolus treatment group of echinococcosis germinal surface of the outer membrane and the inner surface of the erosion, cell shedding, the formation of many lacunae, shaped like “ulcer” appearance of cell damage signs, no observed “endogenous capsule” and “Exogenous sac” formation, indicating that the development of hydatid cyst be blocked. The possible mechanisms by which drugs cause cell damage and inhibit the development of hydatid cyst are discussed.
