本文对苯乙烯、二甲苯、甲苯、全氯乙烯、苯、氟烷、己烷及异荧烷等8种有机化学物蒸气,经大鼠皮肤吸收的动力学进行研究,并与这些化学物蒸气经人皮肤(志愿者)的渗透常数作比较。选用体重205~273 g雄性大鼠,用电剃刀小心去毛,在麻醉下留置颈静脉插管。将大鼠放入染毒室内,通过乳胶面罩呼吸新鲜空气,使大鼠的整体皮肤接触化学物蒸气。用气相色谱仪每5分钟监测染毒室空气浓度。染毒后4小时内定时从颈静脉插管取血样0.1 ml,分析
In this paper, eight kinds of organic chemical vapor, such as styrene, xylene, toluene, perchlorethylene, benzene, halothane, hexane and isoflurane, were studied by the kinetics of absorption in the skin of rats. Permeation constants of human skin (volunteers) were compared.
