河内Hanoi越南菜作为东南亚菜系的典型代表之一,在国际餐饮界占据着非常重要的地位。而河内作为一个古代历史名城,毗邻中国,这里的料理在传统越南菜基础之上又融合了中餐的烹饪方法,使之更加适合国人的口味。越南菜相比其它东南亚国家的菜肴,显得清淡了许多。从辣椒的食用上来说,越南的辣椒取其香气而不是辣劲。越南鱼露相较于泰国鱼露气味更加清淡,另外,酱油的色泽上比较接近琥珀色,但在口味上也比较能保持食物原有的味道。
