高校博物馆作为大学文化建设的助推器,承担着育人的重要责任与功能。当前,高校博物馆育人模式大致可分为展览、讲座、特色文化活动、教学实践、社会服务等。随着社会公众对精神文化追求的日益加深,高校博物馆育人事业呈现不均衡发展态势,面临内涵建设、体制权责、育人活动、外部影响、国际交流等方面的局限与不足。亟需通过完善并改进高校博物馆管理模式、运行机制、育入理念、宣教培训、媒介宣传等,构建高校博物馆双循环育人体系,一方面激发高校博物馆自身内循环育人体系,在运营理念和实际工作上将育人放在核心位置;另一方面促使全社会形成高校博物馆外循环育人体系,由政府、学校、社区、媒体共同参与,充分挖掘并发挥高校博物馆育人作用。
