基于大面积钢板对接焊角变形控制的实际需要,探讨并建立了刚性约束控制角变形的简化分析模型,应用数值模拟技术分析了约束力与约束位置的关系,以为工程实践中采用刚性约束进行角变形控制提供指导。
Based on the actual needs of the deformation control of the butt welding of large-area steel plate, a simplified analytical model of rigid restraint control angle deformation is discussed and established. The relationship between restraining force and restraining position is analyzed by numerical simulation technology. Deformation control to provide guidance.
