目的调查内蒙古自治区乌兰察布市乡(镇)企业粉尘危害的情况。方法对乌兰察布市乡(镇)企业工作场所进行职业卫生学调查,测定作业场所粉尘浓度,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果在调查的130家接尘厂矿中,以铅尘为主有44家,占33.85%;其次为混合尘,有23家,占17.69%;最少的为金属尘和毛尘,仅为2家,占1.54%;各厂矿作业场所粉尘浓度均超过国家标准,粉尘污染以矽尘和其他粉尘为主,浓度最高分别为403 mg/m3和440.48 mg/m3,超过国家标准平均值的32.74倍和13.52倍。结论乌兰察布市乡(镇)企业存在比较严重的粉尘危害,粉尘作业工人尘肺病发病的风险增加,建议及早建立职业病预防控制体系,重点做好通风防尘和劳动防护工作,做好健康监护、保障劳动者的健康。
Objective To investigate the dust hazard of township (town) enterprises in Wulanchabu, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Methods Occupational hygiene investigation was carried out in the workplace of township (town) enterprises in Wulanchabu, the dust concentration in the workplace was determined, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results In the survey of 130 dust mines, there are 44 mainly lead dusts (33.85%), followed by mixed dusts (23%), accounting for 17.69% of the total; only 2 are metal dusts and dusts , Accounting for 1.54%. The dust concentration in the workplaces of all factories and mines exceeded the national standards. The dust pollution was dominated by silica dust and other dusts with the highest concentrations of 403 mg / m3 and 440.48 mg / m3, respectively, exceeding the national standard average of 32.74 times 13.52 times. Conclusion The township (town) enterprises in Wulanchabu City have serious dust hazards and the risk of pneumoconiosis among dust-exposed workers is increasing. It is suggested that an occupational disease prevention and control system should be set up as soon as possible, focusing on ventilation and dust prevention and labor protection and good health Guardianship, to protect the health of workers.
