由北京市建委主办的一年一度的春季房展会,已于4月5日—8日在国贸中心顺利举行。本届房展会销售总额达43.6亿元,成交面积79.5万平方米,成交户数7311套,接待观众大约12.5万人次,创下历届房展之最。从销售业绩前三名的长安新城(4.12亿)、万科青春家园(3.6亿)、康城(1.52亿)来看,都是低价的经济实用房或Town House项目,表明百姓购房的倾向性——价廉和时尚。今年的房展会将以“大规模、高层次、新突破”的亮点载入房展史册。 “规模大”:今年的春季展会规模空前,占用了国贸中心的全部展览场馆,总面积达到12000平方米,共有参展商214家,参展项目197个,其中新开盘项
The annual Spring Fair, hosted by Beijing Municipal Construction Commission, was successfully held in the ITC from April 5 to April 8.
