颅内静脉窦血栓形成11例分析

目的 探讨颅内静脉窦血栓形成的诊治方法。方法 本科1999年10月~2004年4月收治的11例经MRI、DSA确诊的颅内静脉窦血栓形成病例,其中9例进行了介入颈动脉内溶栓,2例进行了静脉溶栓,并同时进行了抗凝等治疗,现结合文献报道分析。结果 采用介入颈动脉内溶栓治疗均获得良好效果,2例1周后复查脑血管造影大部分静脉窦再通,脑循环时间接近正常。治疗后2周颅内压降致250~300mmH2O。结论 颈动脉内连续应用尿激酶溶栓并结合全身抗凝治疗颅内静脉窦血栓形成可能是目前较有效的方法。 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis. Methods Eleven patients with intracranial venous sinus thrombosis confirmed by MRI and DSA from October 1999 to April 2004 were enrolled. Among them, 9 patients underwent interventional carotid artery thrombolysis, 2 patients received intravenous thrombolysis and At the same time, such as anticoagulant therapy, are combined with the literature analysis. Results Interventional carotid artery thrombolysis achieved good results. In 2 cases, most of the recanalizations of cerebrovascular angiography were rechecked one week later, and the cerebral circulation time was close to normal. 2 weeks after treatment, intracranial pressure drop caused by 250 ~ 300mmH2O. Conclusions Continuous administration of urokinase thrombolysis combined with systemic anticoagulation in the carotid artery may be an effective method for the treatment of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis.
