创始人要亲自抓细节1989年,我刚创业,那时候没有互联网,什么都不懂。我们为什么能一炮打响呢?最关键的一点就是,我亲自去抓最重要的细节。公司初创时两个人,我和一个刚毕业的学生。一开始我们自己研发软件,相当于现在的word,但功能没这么强大。软件研发出来后,我每天都会修改,把这款软件修改到极致,用起来很方便。之后,我尝试向很多机关推销,于是我总结出一套能说服他们的理由,并提炼成广告方案。
