我厂以往在导轨磨床磨削机床床身时,一般使用千斤顶三点校正工件。当磨削加工时,由于支承点的数量少会发生变形不稳的现象,直接影响加工精度。为了弥补这一缺陷,我们于八四年研制出一套能稳定磨削床身精度的浮动锁紧千斤顶(见附图),以配合调节千斤顶使用,将支承点由三点改为六点,这样可以增加支承数量,减少工件变形。浮动千斤顶高于调节千斤顶15~20mm,弹簧的作用力是随工件重量的大小而设计的,一般小机床采用80~100N。当工件校正
