随着篮球运动的发展,运动损伤已经越来越多,为了找到损伤发生的主要部位和原因,本人通过对篮球专选学生进行运动损伤的调查和分析,研究结果表明:踝、膝关节受损伤者比较普遍,并且大部分都是自身原因照成的.最后通过对损伤部位的机理和原因进行研究,提出了相应的预防措施以保障篮球教学的顺利进行.
