针对目前智能变电站IEC 61850一致性测试中人工干预较多的问题,提出了一种支持IEC61850标准的一致性闭环测试系统。系统采用基于Qt组件+底层逻辑分析动态库的软件平台和基于DSP+ARM双核处理器的分布式硬件平台,采用Python语言以开源的方式编写IEC 61850Ed 1.0相关测试用例,并提供函数接口方便用户自定义用例,软件可自动执行测试用例,实现试验过程中的全闭环,提高了测试的效率和质量。在平台测试及用例部分,以实际设备为对象,对典型Ed 1.0测试用例进行了验证,实验结果表明测试用例可满足IEC 61850一致性测试需求。
Aimed at the problem of more manual intervention in IEC 61850 conformance test of smart substation, a conformed closed-loop test system supporting IEC61850 is proposed. The system uses the software platform based on Qt component + the underlying logic analysis dynamic library and the distributed hardware platform based on DSP + ARM dual-core processor. The system uses the Python language to write IEC 61850Ed 1.0 related test cases with open source and provides the function interface for user convenience. Defining use cases, the software can automatically execute test cases to achieve full closed loop in the test process, improving the efficiency and quality of the test. In the platform test and the use cases, the typical Ed 1.0 test cases are verified by actual devices. The experimental results show that the test cases can meet the IEC 61850 conformance test requirements.
