在轴承整个生产过程中,往往一批轴承零件是合格的,但合套装配以后之成品还会出现一部分不合格品,其中一个重要原因是由于套圈沟道椭圆度偏大(虽在工艺规定范围内)而引起成品沟摆超差所致。 解决此问题,我们过去曾用如下方法,即在进行套圈分组时把椭圆度超过工艺规定值1/2的与小于此值的套圈分开,单独进行分组,然后可以第一种情况单独配套,或第一、第二两种情况综合交叉配套,保证成品的合格率。
